Blueberry Oats Cake

- Combine oats and almond milk, cover and let soak in the fridge overnight.
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Stir egg, honey, oil, vanilla, cinnamon, salt and baking powder into the oats until well combined. Mix in blueberries. Pour into oiled pan.
- Bake the oatmeal cake 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool for a 10 minutes. Loosen and remove from the pan. Top with blueberries and raspberries and serve warm.
